Can’t find nausea relief!!!

Hello! I’m 11w2d and the nausea is going STRONG still. From the moment I wake up to the moment I fall asleep. I have tried zofran, Phenergan composition lotion, Phenergan pills, and I take unisom at night and b6 during the day. NOTHING WORKS anymore. I’m not throwing up too frequently, but gag all the time and feel like my stomach is just sitting in the back of my throat. Any suggestions? Getting close to that second trimester and really hoping to get some relief...but I’m feeling helpless!
