I’m curious on everyone’s thoughts. We are having my sons birthday party this weekend, so I feel it’s a great time to announce to our family about baby #3 (We are 10 weeks along and my family is from out of town so we won’t see them again until Thanksgiving).

We bought a big brother shirt and was thinking about having him open that as a present as a way of announcing. But I am also concerned that will take away from our sons party. (He’s two).

Just wanted thoughts about what people think. Is it inappropriate? Does anyone have other ideas of announcing while my family is in town?
