Do I still have a chance ? 😏

I had my first IUI last month I took letrozole CD3-7 and had 2 IUI’s on the 27th and 28th which was CD 15 and 16. I was being monitored from CD 10-14 on CD14 my right ovary had a follicle measuring 27mm and was told I didn’t need a trigger since I was most likely going to ovulate on my own. Had both IUI done the following days, however two days after the last IUI CD 18 I took a digital ovulation test and got a positive lh surge is this normal? I hope we didn’t do the iui’s too early :(
