My husband gets to play the knight in shining armor tonight....

Decided to come hunting without him since he didn’t get off work on time. Jokes on me though. Ladder to the stand broke as I was climbing in. So although I made it in by sheer survival instinct and reflexes I didn’t know I had.... I’m stuck 14ft in the fricking air in a 3x4 box stand! I mean I told him not to come until dark because well let’s face it I might as well hunt since I’m stuck!

And I had to point out he’ll have to walk the mile into the woods (where’s it’s been raining all day) because I forgot to leave the keys to the truck in the hidey hole when I parked it to walk in myself.....

He’s torn between literally laughing at me and being irritated He has to walk.
