Infertility issues

Hi everyone, I am the proud mom of a 4.5 yr old I conceived with no trouble at all. How little I appreciated it at the time. Sigh!

Now DH and I have been TTC for 14 cycles with no luck at all. No chemicals, nothing at all despite regular cycles and positive OPKs. HSG normal!

I had my first appointment today with infertility specialist and he talked about enrolling ovulation monitoring program, fertility drugs, IUI, Ex lap, etc.

Really trying to come to grips with all of this. Needing a pep talk, please help.
