Ttc medicine

Hello everyone! My boyfriend and I have been ttc for about 6 months, well... not preventing it, deciding on having a baby about a month ago.. and have really been trying. I’ve been taking prenatals for about 2 weeks as well. I scheduled an appointment with my obgyn to try to see what other things I can to to heighten my fertility! We’ve been testing with the ovulation/fertility tests and got one positive this morning, took it again a few mins ago and it was negative. What do you guys think I should ask my obgyn about taking? Or doing? I just don’t want to sound stupid. We’re just really excited about having a baby!
