Early miscarriage?

I'm going to try to get into my Dr tomorrow to confirm but in the mean time:

I had Positives {6 to be exact} with symptoms like nausea, sore boobs and no energy, period was due to start Monday I ovulated Oct 15th (so says app that I've used since April)... I have an 8yr old and 4 yr old and this baby would have been #3.

Around noon today I started having cramps (about a 4-5 on a 10 scale, almost period like). Blood and a few smaller clots. I was supposed to be about 5 weeks preggo according to everything. Does this mean I'm having a spontaneous miscarriage? I've never had one and only my 2nd was a little harder to conceive. This baby would have been an oops (but very loved) baby. As we had decided to stop trying and be happy with 2 healthy kiddos (although both were preemie, luckily both are healthy happy babes).

I'm so emotional right now as with not ever having a miscarriage we told our immediate family just on Tuesday about the pregnancy. I feel so foolish for blowing the horn so early now. I was shocked and mystified that I was pregnant and then slowly started getting excited and even began looking at names (we take forever to name so I wanted to look early this time lol).
