TMI read if you can help

So I have this stuff coming out meant to be roughly 6 weeks doctors think a missed miscarriage but what do you take from this? Haven’t had any positive tests it’s only been an ultrasound that found the sac I’ve got pains in the left side where my ovary is roughly??
