It really depends. If you're relationship is good then I think it's great but it can get pretty hairy if you want to pursue other relationships and it just won't be good if you're in a toxic relationship no matter how hard you try imo.

My mom stayed in a extremely unhealthy  relationship for the sake of her children having 2 parents but I PROMISE YOU. It did way more damage to her kids than if she would have just left.
