Regional or general Anesthesia?

Hi twin moms/c section mommies! 
So i’m almost 36 weeks pregnant and am due for a c section in like 10 days because of Breech Baby B. 
I’m really confused if i should get general Anesthesia or regional
Pros and cons would be great 
Can anyone help pls??

I did regional. As far as I understand they don’t even offer general... at least in my country! It only happens if there’s an emergency and they need you out on the spot.

They won’t allow anyone to be there with you in the OR if you do general (or that’s what I was told), regional should allow for another person to be in the room. Also with general you won’t get to see babies right after birth, you have to wake up and then get to see them.
