💙 twin boys name help! 💙 please read comments first

Cross posted for extra help 😬 We are for sure set on Luca for one baby and those middles names with either first name that sounds better. I have twin brothers and they are named Matthew and James so these babies will have a bit of their twin uncles 💙💙 Also, for anyone not familiar to the name Elio, we would be pronouncing it like Ee-leo (even tho in Italy it is Pronounced like Eh-leo, we like the hard E sound better) and would call him Eli for short. Our last name is Gucciardo (Gucci-Ardo) so we’re unsure of the flow of Arlo Gucciardo but we love the name Arlo 😕 PLEASE HELP! I appreciate any love and criticism bc it’s all helpful! 😊
