HELP😩

Okay, so I have black heads and other bumps on my thighs between my legs! I PROMISE I am a clean person. I have no idea to this day how it’s happened! What can I do to get rid of them? I’m a virgin and want to change that with my guy, but too afraid for a guy to see down there😥😥
