Cramps 10dpIUI

Hi ladies, my husband and I have been trying for 2 years with 1 miscarriage and no luck...just went through my first cycle of IUI 10 days ago. I’ve experienced light spotting for 2 days on 6dpIUI and today (10dpIUI) I’ve been having cramps/pulling feeling in my uterus all day. Emotionally feeling like a rollercoaster, so nervous to be able to test...did you guys have those symptoms after IUI? Looking for clues if this might be a beginning of a pregnancy.
