So recently me and my husband tried anal and we like it, but ever since then, every time I go to poop, I wipe until I see nothing and then I put my panties back on, which I wear thongs and within the next time I go to the bathroom, I have poop stains in my underwear!! Any way to prevent this? It’s very embarrassing!!

My opinion, honestly do an anal douche don’t do it too often but because you may end up with runny poos, but yeah gurl it’s get pushed up and around also bacteria is easily transmitted. Sometimes when I do it 
- warm water in a pump bottle 
- sit over the toilet seat and just squeeze softly / not hard else you may get a mess 
- and like hold it in anal for 10 ish seconds and release over the toilet 
- I do this until the bottles finished 💓💓💓
( some people say it makes them have the shits but some people like me also find it very useful because your really clean after that. )

Using personal wipes! Or even baby wipes, it’s just cause it’s a little deeper than you reach while wiping id say, also showering after and rinsing it
