What to do

My bf has been doing some shady crap like breaking into other people's houses and breaking into the empty ones as well and stealing anything that he could with his friend. They take the scrap stuff like lots of copper to the scrap yard for money and they buy weed and beer with the money. Several times I had to tell him to stop doing that crap and not to bring that stuff to my house. I've caught him and his friend bring both stolen stuff to my house and alot of copper..my question is do I turn him into the police or not. I want to because 1 of the houses that they stole from belonged to my neighbor who passed away and his son is the owner of the house now. I am sick and tired of this crap that he and his friend is doing, people work hard for their stuff and it's not fair for people to come along and steal it.
