Arranged Induction - Blood Pressure

Hi everyone, looking for some advice.

I’m currently 40 weeks exactly. Had a midwife app yesterday and got told my blood pressure was too high. (This has happened 3 weeks in a row) after some monitoring it does go down but they decided yesterday that I will get induced on Monday because it keeps happening and it was still quite high.

Feeling nervous as I really REALLY didn’t want to get induced but understand they have to because of my blood pressure -anyone have any experiences of inductions and the process? She was saying pessarys first then drips and water breaks and if that fails c - section ? Did the pessarys work for anyone and how long was the process ?
