Feels like I need to pee badly?

So the last time my bf and I had sex was Monday and we just had sex this morning (Saturday) and when we changed positions it felt like I needed to pee really badly and it was uncomfortable so I went to the bathroom real fast and I pee’d a lot and we finished sex and now it feels like I still need to pee but nothing comes out other than a few drops. Does anyone know what’s going on?
