Trust Issues

Hey ladies.. does anyone else have really bad trust issues that sometimes get in between your relationship? My boyfriend gives me no reason not to trust him, but growing up my dad was so in and out and always lying and my first boyfriend ever cheated on me. I live with my guy right now, but my mom is in town (she lives in a different state) and she’s staying at my grandmas house. I want to see my mom, And she asked me to stay with her this weekend, but for some reason I fear that if I leave home my boyfriend will cheat or do something I don’t like. I told him I felt that way, because he told me to communicate always. He then told me that I shouldn’t have those feelings and I need to trust him. How do you guys work with these feelings? I’m going to counseling, he even turned his location on for me. I just need advice and some insight. Please don’t say I’m crazy, I’m really working on myself and trying to be better.
