Is this normal?! Help!!!
Sorry if this is tmi but I woke up this morning after a night out and the back of the right side of my tongue was really sore. It’s kind of feels like an ulcer. But after inspection I’ve noticed these red dots, they’re not sore though. I’m just wondering if these are meant to be there or not and if I’m overthinking it?! Please help!!
