Need Help Vagina pain!!!!

Me and my fiancé had sex (doggy style) to be specific. After we have sex my vagina usually feel worn out but this time was different. It feels like it’s swollen, it’s an uncomfortable feeling there is a pain to go with it that makes me want to cry. I ran myself a bath with some epson salt in it. I’m currently soaking right now, granted we had sex around 4pm today it’s been hurting since. Has anyone dealt with anything similar to this feeling? If so please help.
