Low blood sugar

I have severe anxiety problems. I have recently had a huge spike in them. I bought a blood glucose monitor today and, 1 hour after eating, my blood sugar was only an 80. I had a grande Starbucks coffee at 4 with 68g of sugar and I had for food at 7PM a peanut butter sandwich on white bread and chips. My blood sugar was only an 80 after that. Any thoughts?
