Do you need to change baby's diaper if they wake up to eat in the night?

If they wake up and they’re wet, yes, I change them. It makes them more comfortable and essentially they’ll sleep better/longer. 
If they’re asleep, let them sleep.

If they’re wet, change them. Leave them dirty and you’re asking for a rash.

If she wakes up I always change her. Imagine being in a wet pair of pants all night.

I only did if it was poop, and it seems like after two or three weeks, they stopped pooping at night. I left them in a wet diaper (3 kids, soon 4) I breastfed and I believe their pee is less acidic then their formula fed peers and I never dealt with diaper rash even though they were wet through the night. My goal was to feed them, and get them back to sleep so I could sleep!

He never wakes up when I do but even if he did I still would.

If they are awake to eat anyway, yes! I wouldn’t wake him/ her up just to change though.
