Temps taken at the same time every morning just after I wake up.

Had brown/pinkish spotting, the size of a raisin on the tissue yesterday morning.. no blood since. Had dull cramping too for about 3-4 days. Gone now. Just some creamy cm with a slight slight brown colour.

Don’t really know what DPO I am.. I think my glow prediction is wrong.

What could the temp spike mean?
