Bad muscle cramps in the morning
Has anyone else had bad muscle cramps when they first wake up? I was in so much pain it felt the same as it did before I got my infected gallbladder removed and it freaked me out, I got up out of bed (this woke me up btw) and went to my mom and asked her to rub my back to see if it would help and it relaxed it but I’m wondering why it happened in the first place.
