Have been one fallopian tube left really sucks. I'm trying to conceive but I'm tired it is what it i. I keep seeing signs but nothing's here I don't know when I ovulate I don't know when I track it or idk when my periods are going to come I don't know anymore. Waiting for my 🌈 baby. Idc if it a girl or boy just with Mom and Dad in the womb for 9 months healthy
