What should I put on this wall?

Question

I feel the wall is kind of empty...
Should I put two smaller pictures on one side, and three wall hooks on the other for slings and such? 
Should I leave it as is? 
Or maybe something like a macrome on one of the sides— but I don’t know where to find one!
Do you have other suggestions?? The door to the room opens to the left of the dresser (you can see the shadow of where the door will hit the wall) so I cant do anything too far over to that side.

Maybe some of those paper flowers people are using I think they are on Amazon or some birds that would be really cute.. or 3D butterflies...maybe some of those wall shelves that you install yourself with succulents

I think the wall hook when filled with items will look too cluttered, imo! But maybe donlike 2 small pictures on either side? Or 2 larger inversed or corespondent pictures in either side? I’ll post a terrible diagram of what I mean! Good luck, I don’t know if it’s just me but making nursery decisions is very stressful!

I wouldn't put it quite as far out as you have marked. I would keep the decor even with (or close) the dresser edges to keep it from looking crowded but I think maybe some sill flowers around the mirror to tie on your theme and maybe a picture on one side and some other little doohickey on the other, or something like that. I love everything about your nursery though!
