Spotting 😞

I’m currently 6 weeks 2 days pregnant and I have been having very light spotting on and off for a couple days. I went to the E.R the fist day it happened and the dr did a pelvic exam to see if my cervix was closed and it was. He said that was a good sign plus he didn’t see any blood or blood clots. He also said my HCG was 10,000 and he wanted to repeat it in a couple days. I have an appointment with my obgyn on Tuesday. I was feeling ok and a little more calm but i went to the restroom just now and i had more spotting. Its bright red but its very little. My question is, has anyone else had this and had a healthy pregnancy? I’m freakin out.
