Looking at the temp rise, you can guess ovulation happened cd13 or 14, but there is no way to really know since you did not chart any temps early in the cycle.

Next month start at CD 1 and take your temp the same time everyday, don’t get out of bed or do anything till after you taken the temp, fertility friend is a better app for this as it gives you cross hairs at ovulation , this is mine this month so far
