Does she looks okay? I feel like it’s pushing her chin to her chest too much.

She doesnt look very comfy to me. I honestly wouldn't use carseat accessories like that if they didnt come with the seat because you can just never be too sure. If you're worried about her head flopping I would use rolled up thin blankets (the swaddle blankets are amazing) and tuck them in on the sides. That way it's not messing with her neck.

Chest clip needs to move up and that head support doesn’t look correct if it didn’t come with car seat don’t use it

The after market head insert it actually very dangerous. It needs to be removed. The straps need tightened to pass the pinch test. Chest clip needs to be on the sternum, make sure the straps are coming from below her shoulders and all slack is removed from the hips.

The chest clip needs to be higher and it doesn't look like the pillow came with the car seat. If not, then you need to get rid of it. It's very unsafe to use car seat accessories that didn't come with the car seat in the first place. That right there is probably what's causing the issue you're having.

Other than the straps being loose I think she’s fine.

If the head support didnt come with her seat she cant use it.
Also, make sure her straps are below her shoulders and tighten her straps until they pass the pinch test.
Make sure you get the slack out of her hips by lowering her chest clip, tightening until it passes the pinch test and then moving her chest clip back up until the top is even with her shoulders and its centered on her sternum. 🙂

Is that the head support and infant insert that came with your seat? It could be elevating her head too much? As long as they are not after market accessories and she isn’t chin to chest, I’d just tighten straps and she looks good to go! 😄
