Self harm and suicide help
I’ve been cutting myself for almost 6 years.... on and off attempted to end it a few times.
I really really want to stop and I’m trying so hard. Anyone have any advice on how to?
I’ve tried rubber bands and other forms. Just doesn’t seem to help....
