On a scale of 1-10 how bad does giving birth hurt WITH epidural?

The epidural didn’t hurt at all and I honestly couldn’t feel anything besides pressure from very strong contractions. My weaker contractions I couldn’t feel at all. I had to be told when to push.

I fell asleep right after I got an epidural (had had contractions for 20+ hours when I got it),  and slept for several hours, woke up and felt I had to push. Felt the pressure and that something was happening. I would take a 28hours birth with epidural over migraines any day.

Pain level with epidural was a zero for me lol. I felt the pressure on my butt when it was time to push. And the pressure of baby coming out but that’s about it. I always end up needing stitches (about 6-8 of them) when I give birth, so I’m always happy that I’m already numb 😂😂😂

I didn’t feel anything but pressure with mine. Didn’t hurt at all. Recovery from being sore down there was worse than labor for me

I felt a little pinch and that was it, like a normal shot. They usually do it when you're having a contraction though.

I’ve heard after getting epi that the moms back hurt after birth and still hurts and her baby is over a year

Zero. I didnt feel anything all day with my induction until it was time to push and my first words after she was born were "is that it? I thought it would hurt". I had complete control of my legs from the moment she was born, stitched up and walking less than an hour later. Will definitely be doing it again.
