Period cramps
Okay, this may sound weird, but I haven’t had a period in almost a year until the other day. I’m in excruciating pain with the cramps and I have loads of heavy bleeding and it’s day 3. Any tips on relieving the cramps (other than baths/pain killers) because it’s been so long.
