32 days late

I’m 32 days late and negative hpt I don’t know what do to is there hope I’m still pregnant anyone been this late and found out there pregnant? I don’t have sore boobs but sore nipples for about a week now do I still test? I’ve been to the doctors and he’s gonna book me in for an ultrasound and blood test but I just want to know lost all hope ☹️☹️😢😐😐
