I would not take a bath bc I don't wanna be swimming in all of that but I def shower

When you take a bath nothing comes out because the pressure of the water is so great no blood will come out- unless you force it of course. You won’t bleed freely into the bath water, so have as many baths as you want! 
Obviously once you stand up it comes out, but that’s the same as being in a shower anyway.

Sitting in a warm bath with no soaps it's actually good for your vagina so yeah I do even on my period and then I'll have a shower later on

You CAN always bathe. It’s if you want to. I would strictly bathe during my period because I’d get excruciating abdominal & back cramps. No blood ever came out so it didn’t bother me. It’s just preference!
