Final Appointments... what to expect?

Hey ladies! I’m due on the 30th of this month and I was wondering what is to expected from these once a week obgyn appointments? I have felt kinda neglected by my doc this whole pregnancy and I have to really advocate for myself if I want anything checked out so, what should be happening during these last few appointments?

You can ask to be checked for dialation if you want but it's not super necessary, I'll be declining checks this time. They normally do a group b strep swab about 36 weeks. After 40 weeks I had a non stress test at my appointment to check baby.

Well forme, my doctor checks my cervix and see if ove effaced any. Thats as much of difference from what i got. And if your blood pressure shows that its slightly higher then usually, they might send you to triage for monitoring buts thats about it

My doctor checked my cervix at my 36 week appointment, skipped doing it my 37 week appointment because I was in the hospital the day before, and she is doing it at my 38 week appointment again to see if I’m progressing.
