vaping while breastfeeding?

i just vaped for like 5-10 minutes and i’m breastfeeding.. will that affect my milk? i don’t want to make him sick.

You’re not suppose to vape while breastfeeding, but I did it just not as much and it never effected my baby.

I started vaping again too last week and I feel so guilty about it !my lo seems to be unaffected but I think every little thing must be because of it even tho I wait four hours between pumping. At work and don't vape if I can't wait that long but OMG the guilt. Ugh
