So me and my fiance are both quite young, we work our assess off everyday, sometimes not having a day off for several weeks (my last day off was 15th of last month and his was the 17th). We are often so tired that we just go to bed at 10 and talk and fall asleep. We argue at times due to being stressed and tired. Everything we do is rushed or falls behind due to working so much.

He is not the romantic kind at all, which im okay with, he often doesnt think of doing cute little things which im okay with.

But ya’ll, last night i got home late and without even taking off my shoes i sat on the sofa and just stared at the wall because of how stressed I was, my fiance knows ive been feeling down lately too.

So what does he do? He disappears upstairs and twenty mins later comes downs and tells me “come upstairs ive a surprise for ya” i rolled my eyes and got up with a sigh. He had a bath ready for me with some stress relief oils in it, and a towel ready. In the towel there was two kinders(my fav chocolate). He physically sat beside me and massaged my back and kept kissing my shoulders. When i got out, he led me to the bedroom, where he had laid out my fav pjs, a top, and a fluffy disney blanket which keeps me warm, he then sat and dried my hair for me so its not too wet, he also brought me up some tea, and then led me back downstairs to a dimmed room with candles being lit and netflix switched on. Man did I cry at how happy i was.

We may be tired and we may argue a lot, but fuck, I love this man.
