Hey ladies! I’m in the process of my first IVF round. Today I found out I have 15 follicles on each ovary. I have my egg retrieval scheduled for Wednesday. Is this a good number of follicles? And should I take more than 1 day off of work? And has IVF worked for anyone first round with male factor being the issue? Any advice is appreciated!
