Sharp pain
I took an opk test and it was a strong positive so I decided to bd a few hours later. After bd’ing I propped my legs up on the head bored, like always. Whenever I got up to go shower I took one step and got the sharpest worse pain in my lower abdominal. It only lasted about 10 seconds but it was so bad I couldn’t even stand up straight. Does anybody know what may have caused this? Has this happened to anybody else before?
