I just wanted to know if there are people out there with this disease that have normal happy lives. I haven’t got a diagnosis yet, but my Dr said it’s very possible (I’m just waiting on the colonoscopy now to know for sure, scheduled next month). I’ve done research on UC and from what I’ve read you need medications or a very strict diet and most of them end up getting an ostomy which is a struggle I’m not sure I’m ready for. I’ve been having mild cramping almost everyday around my center naval area just bellow my stomach, and some minimal bleeding. Can anyone share about their UC with me?
