How often to have sex??

I have read many conflicting articles. Sorry if this is a dumb question. Do you guys think you should have sex every day (multiple times a day on occasion) or every other day? We’ve had sex two days in a row and Glow said that a day of abstinence can bring sperm back to their full potency (or something along those lines.)

I had been off my pill for a year (from last June to this June) had started taking a prenatal beginning of May, and we had sex late June on my OVU and the day after & that was it- we conceived first try!   I’m 29, husband is 33.   
  Some couples do it every other day but we just relaxed and said if it happens, awesome 😊 if not, we would have been okay with that too.  Our son is due March 2019.   Good luck ☀️🎉

My ob told me every other day and make sure to have sex on ovulation day.

I'm not 100% sure cuz I've heard both too. My fertility specialist has my DH give a sample in the morning, then tells us to have sex that night plus the next 2 days. I think that it is better to have sex every day during your fertile week cuz the more sperm in there the better your chances. Just my thoughts.
