Hey ladies! I’m on the pill WERA birth control and when my period rolls around I usually have 2 really heavy and painful days, at the moment I use tampons but I am scared to death of leaking on my heavy days with the super plus especially at work, I’m a professional cleaner and work between 4-8 hours daily constantly moving. I’ve been wanting to try the cup FOREVER. But I’m always so skeptical. Can you ladies comment your experience with them? Also do you prefer disposable cups or the ones you rinse out?
