Help me!

So i been working out a lot Bc I’m overweight and i want to loose weight and get fit. Anyways i have pain in my hip/thigh and in my knee on my right leg. Idk if it’s all in my head or if there like actual pain.

What i mean by that is i tried googling it and it came up with all this talk about having a blood clot, or arthritis, etc..

So i was wondering if anyone has had blood clot and give me information on it

If my leg hurts for more than a day or 2 I’ll go to the doctor but i don’t wanna go if it’s just a strain...

I been resting it, putting heat pad, stretching it out, put icy hot, etc.

Please help.

Sorry for being overreacting just don’t want it to be like a blood clot or anything like that
