Pumping bra recommendations?

What is your favorite pumping bra? Has anyone found one that is good enough to wear as a bra full time? Right now I only have one of those strapless band bras that I zip on for a pumping session then take off when I am done, but when I go back to work I imagine it would be nice to have a pumping bra that I could just wear and not have to deal with taking on and off.. is there such a thing?

And just to be clear, I mean a pumping bra where it holds the flange/pump in place and you can be hands free, not just a nursing bra
