Best stroller?

Question

I am not pregnant yet but TTC’ing so trying to plan ahead. We only want one child and I don’t plan on having another.
I want something that is:
~Will fit a small Toyota SUV
~Lightweight
~Grow from newborn to toddler 
~Compact 
I live in the city, don’t take public transit and I will be taking walks daily both indoors and outdoors.

I love my Nuna tavo and the pipa car seat clicks in or you can recline the stroller seat flat for a newborn

City mini gt. Hands down the best I have as a single and multi purpose. The tires and suspension are awesome for multi terrains and you will get that in city life.... from uneven sidewalks to smooth floors of buildings.
It fits in my Nissan Rogue easily. It has attachments for sale to click the car seat in easily as well.
I have the following to compare it to...
Chico bravo (terrible, cheaply made)
Bob (awesome bit huge and heavy and not ideal for everyday)
City mini tour (great as a lightweight but not durable for everyday)
Uppababy glux (awesome but not for infants)

I loveeeeeeeee mine because I didn’t need the ‘toddler seat’ for anything except walks, because it was also a bassinet lol
