I’m 6 weeks postpartum and starting around 4 weeks I started to get bad cramps almost like a period was coming but no intense bleeding or anything. I’ve only had dark brown spotting and maybe 2 days of white lochia and then back to dark brown. Lasf Sunday I went to an urgent care cause I had a fever and cramping and I was tested positive for a UTI so they put me on Macrobid for 7 days. Last Tuesday I had my postpartum checkup and I was cleared to go back to a normal life so Wednesday my hubby and I had sex with a condom on and very carefully since I was terrified of the pain (had zero pain during and after). I’m now 6 weeks postpartum and I finished my antibiotics but I’m feeling like I’m in the early stages of labor again. I have the cramps and they’re in my front, hips, and lower back. I’m breastfeeding only but I don’t get the pains during feeding time only when I’m laying down or moving. Is this normal or should I go to my OB office again?!? I’m getting so tired of the cramps and no reason behind it
