Does anyone know what this is?

I just got an ultrasound today and they told me my sons right pulmonary artery is prominent. Can anyone explain to me what that means? They didn’t say much about it just scheduled me three more appointments ASAP and told me to call some cardiologist..

The pulmonary artery is the vessel that brings blood from the heart to the lungs. Enlargement can mean different things in adults (I don’t work with kids often) but I don’t know it’s significance in infants or ultrasounds.
