Mucus plug? TMI PHOTO

I am 32+2 and I have been 2.5cm dilated 70% effaced since 30 weeks. However recently I have been having a lot of discharge like this. I’m just not sure what to think as I’m a ftm. I had premature labor at 30 weeks as well.

Update. Actually I was in labor, I’m not dilated 5cm and I’m the hospital for a few weeks to try to keep baby in
