I'm gonna have my baby this month and I have real bad anxiety like I have to be with my baby at all times I mean I trust my boyfriend that he's gonna make sure our baby is okay but its just me I can't help it I'm even like this with my dog I have to know where he's at all the time 🤦‍♀️ I know it's not healthy and I'm gonna be stressed out so, what are some ways that can help with my anxiety?
