What could be going on? I got off of ovaboost a couple of weeks before this cycle started and now my whole cycle is insane I never spot for that long and my temps are crazy up and down. If it’s the ovaboost then I’d be surprised. I only took it for 3 months and my cycle before starting ovaboost wasn’t this crazy its was pretty normal. I thought it would even itself out by now.

Just to add I’ve been extremely hungry lately. Could that mean I’m ovulating but don’t realize it?
